A fun tour starts this year.
While the list of tour stops will not be finalized until late February, I do not anticipate many changes. I know that many of you have been anxious to see the list so you can start planning your routes. So, I removed the password to the Tour Stop Page.
You can now see the Pending Tour Stop List. Keep in mind that one or two additional stops may be added and one or two of the stops on the current (pending) list may be removed before the list is finalized. When the list is finalized, I will change heading on the top of that page to “Tour Stops – Final List of Stops for 2020.” Be sure to check back on the Tour Stop page on March 1, 2020 to see what changes may have been.
For the sponsored tour stops, their addresses are provided on the web page. For the other tour stops, click the names of the stops below the pictures. The names of the stops are links to web sites that provide information about the tour stop.
There will be one tour stop that will be scheduled for a specific day at a specific location. For the rest of the tour stops, you can plan your rides as your schedule allows.
The tour is open to all types of motorcycles (except cyclecars/autocycles). I am happy to see that folks with a wide variety of bikes have registered for the tour. About half of the folks that have registered ride Harleys. Some folks have told me that they own multiple bikes. The motorcycle makes registered for the tour thus far are:
BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Indian, Kawasaki, Royal Enfield, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory, and Yamaha.
Some really nice T-Shirts with the tour logo are available on our shop web page. In addition to the traditional T-Shirt, I have added a V-Neck version and a Women’s Scoopneck version. Checkout the different shirt options, colors, and sizes. These are high quality shirts at very reasonable prices.
If you missed the prior blog, please go to the Blog Page to see it and other past blog posts.
I’ve noticed that I’m downloading the tour stops they do not copy just some wording—Jim otto
Hi Jim – The links to information about the various tour stops are from other sources. You may want to just write down the location information from each site. Dave
