The Motorcycle Grand Tour of Texas is proud to now be chartered and sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA)!
Since 1924, the AMA has protected the future of motorcycling and promoted the motorcycle lifestyle.
AMA members come from all walks of life, and they navigate many different routes on their journey to the same destination: freedom on two wheels. As the world’s largest motorcycling organization, the AMA advocates for motorcyclists’ interests in the halls of local, state and federal government, the committees of international governing organizations, and the court of public opinion.
The mission of the American Motorcyclist Association is to promote the motorcycle lifestyle and protect the future of motorcycling.
In a future post, I’ll talk about the benefits of individual AMA memberships.
If you want to get a free Texas road map to mark-up with the tour stops, you can order one at this link. If you start plotting your routes now, keep in mind that a few of the stops may change before the March 1, 2020 start date of the tour. Be sure to check back on the Tour Stops page on March 1st to see what changes may have been made before you finalize your routes.
