See the letter that came with your tour flag for the password to the Picture Submission Portal (PSP).
BE CAREFUL to ENTER your CORRECT FLAG NUMBER and the CORRECT STOP NUMBER. If the flag number or stop number is incorrect, you will not receive credit for the tour stop picture upload. Check for a typo before submitting.
Ride to the address shown on the tour stops page and ensure that the picture of the stop on the tour stops page matches where you are taking the picture.
Take multiple pictures at different angles at tour stops to ensure you get a picture without sun glare obscuring your flag number.
Submit your pictures in high resolution. Be sure that the flag number can be read in your picture before uploading it. PeriodicallY check the Tour Riders’ Page to see if your pictures have been added.
If you lose your tour flag, contact the tour coordinator, per the Rules for Participation. If you rename your picture file (jpeg, jpg), do NOT use the # character in the file name.
By submitting photos (pictures), you agree to all of the terms, conditions, and requirements of the Rules for Participation (including the Photo Release).
